AI Research Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an AI Research Engineer to push the boundaries of machine learning within our product teams. In this role you will design, prototype, and scale cutting‑edge AI models while ensuring they are built responsibly and ethically.

Key responsibilities

• Research and develop novel AI/ML algorithms tailored to business needs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to integrate research outcomes.
• Publish research papers and present findings at leading conferences.
• Prototype, test, and deploy AI models into production environments.
• Champion ethical AI practices and responsible development throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

• PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Strong background in machine learning and deep learning with a proven record of research publications.
• Experience working with distributed systems and cloud platforms.
• Nice‑to‑have experience in reinforcement learning, open‑source contributions, or privacy‑preserving machine learning.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Deep‑learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
