AI Engineer – Analytics (Data Science Consultant 2)

About the role

Infosys' Data and Analytics (DNA) unit is seeking an AI Engineer focused on analytics to join its team in Dallas. You will work on transforming data into actionable insights, building advanced AI models, and delivering production‑ready solutions that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop data preparation pipelines and identify patterns or anomalies.
• Ensure data readiness for advanced modeling and forecasting.
• Design, build, test, and deploy complex models, including LLM‑based solutions.
• Optimize algorithms for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Provide guidance on best practices and mentor team members.
• Standardize code, contribute to knowledge management, and maintain models post‑deployment.

Required profile

• Strong background in data science and AI, with experience in forecasting and large language model projects.
• Proficiency in using SAS, R, and Python for analytics and model development.
• Familiarity with Azure AI services and hyperscaler environments.
• Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions and visualizations.
