AI Architect – Senior Technologist (US)

About the role

Infosys is seeking an AI Architect to join its Strategic Technology Group. The role is positioned as a Senior Technologist and will work on large‑scale, complex AI initiatives across several US locations, including Charlotte, NC, Houston, TX, Raleigh, NC, Richardson, TX, and Tempe, AZ.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate project requirements and use cases to deliver high‑quality designs, frameworks, and production‑ready code.
• Design technology frameworks for complex scenarios, develop design patterns and reference implementations, and conduct design reviews.
• Produce reusable assets, optimize code, debug complex routines, and create code generators for reusable components.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and technology implementations.
• Provide technical guidance to peers, maintain delivery consistency, and mentor junior engineers.
• Identify and develop proof‑of‑concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies and complex modules.

Required profile

• Strong technical depth with solid architectural judgment.
• Hands‑on leadership experience in AI and cloud‑native environments.
• Ability to mentor teams and influence best practices across programs.
• Experience delivering resilient, high‑quality outcomes in large‑scale projects.
