AI Analyst – Entry Level

About the role

Enerflex is seeking a curious and innovative AI Analyst to help build the next generation of AI‑powered solutions that improve productivity and drive business value across its global operations. This entry‑level position offers recent graduates hands‑on experience with generative AI, data analytics, Microsoft Copilot, cloud platforms, and enterprise digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and building AI‑powered solutions, copilots, chatbots, and intelligent automation capabilities.
• Support Generative AI initiatives using modern AI platforms and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop prompts, workflows, and prototypes to improve employee productivity and business efficiency.
• Analyze business and operational data, create dashboards and visualizations, and support data‑driven decision making.
• Partner with business teams to identify automation opportunities and measure AI value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed within the last two years in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with a passion for technology and continuous learning.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
