About the role
The Infosys Financial Services unit is seeking an Agile Release Train Engineer to join its Seattle team. You will work on digital transformation projects for banking, wealth management and insurance clients, leveraging AI, cloud and data‑driven solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Support requirements elicitation and document business requirements.
- Facilitate design discussions, capture decisions and guide technical teams.
- Develop, integrate and maintain new features while ensuring system stability.
- Conduct code reviews, manage code repositories and implement test strategies.
- Coordinate bug fixes, resolve production incidents and propose preventive measures.
- Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks for smooth roll‑outs.
Required profile
- Strong collaborative and communication abilities.
- Experience handling end‑to‑end SDLC phases from gathering to implementation.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, Agile environment.
