Agent Development Manager – Real Estate

About the role
The Agent Development Manager works closely with the Branch Manager to promote Coldwell Banker’s value proposition, recruit and coach agents, and foster a high‑performance office culture in Moon Township, PA.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and retain productive sales associates by supporting agent recruiting efforts.
- Coach and mentor agents on business strategy, growth, and use of company tools and programs.
- Assist day‑to‑day branch operations to maximize profit and organic growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and state/federal laws such as RESPA and Fair Housing.
Required profile
- Three or more years of experience selling real estate.
- Active Real Estate License.
- Strong business and financial acumen with P&L understanding.
- Experience in training, coaching, and leading people preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to use Adobe Acrobat.
- Familiarity with PC and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent presentation, public speaking, and written communication skills.
