Aftersales Manager – Toyota Dealership

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Aftersales Manager to lead the service, workshop and parts operations at our Toyota dealership in Boston. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving revenue and efficiency across the aftersales department.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop workshop, service and parts staff to achieve performance targets.
• Plan, forecast and meet sales and utilisation goals for the aftersales area.
• Manage departmental budgets and drive profitability.
• Collaborate with other department managers to enhance overall centre performance.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and KPI achievement.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor, Service Manager, Parts Manager, Assistant Aftersales Manager or similar.
• Proven track record of delivering strong financial results and high customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, management and motivational abilities.
• Passion for the automotive brand and a winning mentality.
