About the role
The Affordable Housing Coordinator ensures that our community complies with all state and local affordable‑housing regulations. Working closely with the Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager, you will support the delivery of accurate compliance reporting and maintain strong relationships with governmental agencies.
Key responsibilities
- Review, monitor, and verify property compliance with all affordable‑housing program requirements.
- Prepare, compile, and distribute compliance reports to local regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with the Community Manager team to address any compliance issues promptly.
- Travel throughout the Peninsula to inspect properties and support on‑site compliance activities.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of BMR files and related documentation.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in affordable‑housing compliance or related real‑estate functions.
- Experience with BMR file processing and Microsoft Office suite.
- Previous leasing or affordable‑housing re‑leasing experience is preferred.
- Ability to work a Wednesday‑to‑Sunday schedule and travel as needed.
