Affiliate Growth Manager – Beauty E‑commerce

About the role

As an Affiliate Growth Manager you will join Pixi’s fast‑growing e‑commerce team and own the end‑to‑end affiliate program for the US and UK markets. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding and optimizing affiliate partners to drive revenue and brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute strategies to expand and optimise the Pixi Affiliate Program.
• Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliates that align with the brand.
• Negotiate commission structures, set performance goals and manage contracts.
• Maintain affiliate networks, ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Build strong relationships through regular communication, webinars and training.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, PR, social and creative teams to align affiliate initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate ROI reports and use data‑driven insights to improve conversion rates.
• Forecast affiliate‑driven revenue and manage budget allocations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Experience managing affiliate or partnership programs in e‑commerce or beauty sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work cross‑functionally.
