Affiliate Account Manager – Los Angeles

About the role

We are looking for an Affiliate Account Manager to join our Los Angeles team. You will act as the primary liaison between our diverse client portfolio and affiliate partners, driving performance through data‑driven strategies and seamless collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, negotiate, develop and nurture affiliate relationships across multiple verticals.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, analyze partner activity and present optimization recommendations to clients.
• Design and test commission structures, dynamic attribution models and cross‑channel strategies to boost ROI.
• Maintain efficient workflows, adjust processes as needed and handle day‑to‑day tasks within affiliate networks.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in affiliate or influencer marketing, preferably in agency and brand environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven ability to translate client goals into actionable tasks and measure outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguous situations and mentors junior team members.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Pepperjam or ShareASale.
• Proficiency with reporting tools like Affluent.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with G‑Suite.
