Aesthetic Practitioner

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Aesthetic Practitioner to join OVME’s studio team in Houston. The role involves delivering non‑surgical cosmetic treatments such as neurotoxin injections and dermal fillers, helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals in a safe and professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to assess aesthetic concerns, medical history, and desired outcomes.
• Perform injectable treatments—including Botox, neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other wrinkle‑reducing procedures—following established safety protocols.
• Administer injections with precision, considering facial anatomy, symmetry, and appropriate dosage.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of cosmetic injectable techniques and industry trends.
• Document treatment plans, progress, and any adverse reactions in detailed client records.
• Educate clients on pre‑and post‑treatment care, potential side effects, and expected results.
• Collaborate with medical aestheticians to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with medical, regulatory, and infection‑control standards.
• Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and a comfortable treatment environment.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and training in cosmetic injectables.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience performing injectable cosmetic procedures.
• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate credential.
• Willingness to work 1–2 Saturdays per month.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
