AEP & CJO Consultant – Process Project Lead (Dallas, TX)

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced AEP & CJO Consultant to lead process‑oriented projects for its Digital Experience unit in Dallas, TX. The role combines technical architecture, implementation, and advisory responsibilities to help clients build enterprise‑wide Customer Data Platform solutions using Adobe Experience Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines, identifying and resolving resource gaps to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and clients, conducting regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support functional teams with advisory and consulting initiatives focused on process evaluation, benchmarking, and improvement.
• Monitor deliverables across all project phases, maintaining quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Proactively manage risks, govern scope, and identify additional project opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong background in digital‑marketing platforms, particularly Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Proven ability to design, configure, and implement CDP solutions at enterprise scale.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and cross‑team collaboration.
• Experience in risk management, governance, and delivering innovative solutions under tight timelines.
