About the role
TauRx Therapeutics is looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support its team in Houston, Texas. The role is primarily remote, offering flexibility while contributing to the company’s mission to improve lives affected by neurodegenerative diseases.
Key responsibilities
- Organize and manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the team.
- Prepare, format, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Arrange travel, handle expense reporting, and maintain office supply inventory.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Perform additional administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy; knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Suite).
