About the role
Wing is seeking a highly organized Administrative Business Partner to support its Executive Leadership Team. This hybrid role, based in Palo Alto, New York, or Washington, D.C., will drive operational efficiency and ensure seamless communication across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting with meticulous attention to detail.
- Lead special projects from inception to delivery, coordinating resources and timelines.
- Organize executive meetings, prepare agendas, distribute materials, and track action items post‑meeting.
- Plan, budget, and execute global offsite events, including occasional travel.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance team velocity.
- Collaborate with the broader Administrative/Executive Business Partner cohort on recurring meetings and strategic initiatives.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated efficiently.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated professional with strong judgment and resourcefulness.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
- Excellent coaching, problem‑solving, and communication skills for interaction with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Required skills
- Proficiency in calendar and travel management tools.
- Experience with expense management systems.
- Strong organizational and project‑management capabilities.
