About the role

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Administrative Assistant 4 to support its Defense Systems organization in Roy, UT. The role provides comprehensive administrative support to executives and teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers, representing the organization professionally.
• Coordinate meetings and conferences, prepare materials, manage phone calls and mail routing.
• Maintain electronic collaboration sites, departmental folders, and track open actions to meet deadlines.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, process expense reports, and support event planning for major initiatives.
• Provide operational support for special projects, conduct research, and follow through on assigned tasks.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED with at least six years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to organize schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and support leadership teams.

Required skills

• Experience with Concur/ITRIP travel systems.
• Familiarity with I‑Buy procurement platform.
• Knowledge of NG My IT and SAP applications.
