About the role
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences seeks qualified clinical physicians to join its faculty on an adjunct basis. This position supports the education of medical students and residents through teaching, mentorship, and clinical supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, seminars, and bedside teaching in assigned medical specialties.
- Develop and update curriculum materials in collaboration with program directors.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to students and residents.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to academic initiatives.
Required profile
- MD or DO degree.
- Active license with the Arkansas State Medical Board.
- Board certification in a relevant medical specialty.
Required skills
- Medical licensure (AR State Medical Board).
- Board certification.
- Clinical expertise in a recognized specialty.
