Actimize Lead Developer

About the role

The Actimize Lead Developer will join Infosys' Financial Services unit in Plano, TX, working on advanced AI‑driven solutions for anti‑money laundering and financial risk management. The role focuses on designing, building, and supporting scalable, secure architectures that meet client performance and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in customer discussions to gather and analyze system requirements for performance, security and scalability.
• Provide solution architecture recommendations, contribute to technology framework development, and support enterprise architecture definition.
• Identify and evaluate market technologies and tools to propose optimal architectural solutions.
• Develop integration strategies based on proof‑of‑concept validation of proposed solutions.
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer, adherence to quality standards, and contribute to build and deployment automation.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues during build, deployment and support phases.
• Analyze system performance of implemented architectures and identify potential risks.
• Create architectural artifacts and technical documentation to enrich the team’s knowledge repository.
