ACM Consultant (Seasonal) – Accommodation Services

About the role

The ACM Consultant provides end‑to‑end case management for accommodation requests related to life events. Working within Amazon's Disability & Leave Services team, you will be the single point of contact for employees throughout their leave or disability journey, ensuring a trusted and connected experience.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and respond to employee inquiries about accommodation events, benefits, and options.
• Review medical documentation to ensure compliance with federal, state, and Amazon policies.
• Develop, assess, and adjust case‑management plans as employee needs evolve.
• Troubleshoot barriers and resolve issues before, during, and after leave events.
• Educate managers and business partners on employee concerns and return‑to‑work processes.
• Communicate regular updates to employees and stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain accurate system records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with third‑party administrators, HR, Safety, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and other internal teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Individual contributor with strong case‑management experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state disability/accommodation regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
• Detail‑oriented and able to maintain accurate documentation.
