Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the role

We’re looking for an intellectually curious individual with strong business acumen to execute a variety of accounts receivable and payable functions. As a member of Siepe, you will work closely with the Accounting team to process, record, and report on customer invoice transactions for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process all customer invoicing using company software.
• Ensure customer payments are received and monitor outstanding balances.
• Research and resolve escalated customer disputes and exceptions across departments.
• Review contracts and verify customers are correctly set up and billed.
• Perform month‑end closing activities and prepare monthly sales reports.
• Conduct customer credit checks and coordinate monthly sales‑tax compliance and payments.
• Support additional projects and duties as needed.

Required profile

• Business degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
