Accounts Receivable Analyst

About the role

Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Analyst at DOCOMO PACIFIC. You will help maintain the financial health of the organization by managing customer accounts, supporting collections, and ensuring accurate processing of receivables. The role balances customer service with financial accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone, email, or mail regarding delinquent accounts to secure payment.
• Arrange payment plans based on customer financial situations and review accounts to advise on actions needed.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, maintain accurate records of collection efforts, and monitor overdue accounts.
• Process write‑offs for uncollectible balances and respond to billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account issues while maintaining confidentiality.

• Detail‑oriented, analytical individual with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer‑service mindset with professionalism, empathy, and the ability to handle pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.
