Accounting Success Manager

About the role

Rillet is looking for an Accounting Success Manager to own post‑sales relationships with CFOs, Controllers and Accounting Managers, delivering AI‑driven finance solutions. You will bridge accounting expertise with our modern ERP platform to drive automation and value for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Build deep relationships across a portfolio of customers, run success plans and hold recurring meetings to maximize value.
• Translate complex accounting challenges into automated workflows powered by Rillet’s AI platform.
• Lead trainings, advise on process optimization, and drive platform adoption and expansion.
• Provide front‑line feedback to product and engineering, and ensure smooth handoff with implementation teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on accounting experience (public audit or industry GL/Close, Revenue, AP, or Consolidations).
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and the end‑to‑end close process, preferably with exposure to ASC 606.
• Bias to action, ownership mindset and high attention to detail in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Intacct.
• Ability to configure systems and create automated accounting workflows.
