Accounting Automation Consultant

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with accounting and finance professionals to map out business processes, pain points, and automation opportunities.
• Design, build, and test AI agents and automated workflows using our no-code platform.
• Translate end‑to‑end accounting workflows into automation logic.
• Lead client onboarding, support training, and drive adoption of the platform.
• Document best practices and develop user‑friendly resources.
• Provide actionable product feedback to the engineering team.
• Stay current with developments in accounting, finance, and automation technology.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields (public accounting, corporate finance, bookkeeping).
• Strong understanding of accounting workflows, operations, and terminology.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and process‑improvement minded.
• Comfortable learning and adopting new technologies (no coding required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, proactive, and collaborative team player.
• Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath, or similar no‑code solutions.
