Account Specialist – Corporate Work-Study Program

About the role

The Account Specialist supports the Corporate Work‑Study Program (CWSP) by managing relationships with business partners and ensuring student success in workplace placements. Acting as the primary liaison among the school, corporate partners, students, and families, the role delivers high‑quality service and builds long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate partners and student work placements, maintaining strong client relationships.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and track account performance using tools such as Salesforce.
• Support student onboarding, training, daily work readiness, and monitor performance, providing coaching and intervention as needed.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and workplace supervisors.
• Assist with program development, training initiatives, events, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure program success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum two years of professional experience preferred.
• Teaching/facilitating or curriculum development experience strongly desired.
• Experience supporting partnership work in nonprofit or education environments.
• Business background in customer/client service is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
