Account Relations Manager II

About the role

The Account Relations Manager II serves as the primary liaison between Centene and its vendors and business partners. This remote position focuses on building strong, continuous relationships, understanding business requirements, and ensuring service expectations are met.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with vendors to ensure member or provider satisfaction and performance.
• Assess key performance data to monitor productivity and program compliance.
• Build reports that leverage performance metrics to identify process improvements.
• Handle escalations between internal departments and vendors, including claims.
• Represent the company in new business or process implementations from launch through day‑to‑day operations.
• Identify new business opportunities with vendors to support compliance with standards.
• Perform root‑cause analyses with vendors to resolve business issues.
• Coordinate vendor training with workforce management and training teams.
• Work directly with vendors on training, planned maintenance, and service updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, call‑center, or vendor management.
• Authorization to work in the United States without future visa sponsorship.
