Account Manager – Service Solutions (Ohio)

About the role

You will represent Philips by developing and driving key partnerships both internally with Philips Healthcare teams and externally with customers to achieve order intake and revenue growth against annual targets.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly order volume across the full portfolio, including imaging systems, ultrasound, multi‑vendor services, POS, billable conversions, warranty conversions, clinical education and Performance Bridge.
• Understand and manage account‑based sales plans, identify customer opportunities, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners and zone leadership to align service forecasts and sales strategy.
• Utilize Salesforce.com CRM and Excel to forecast accurately, maintain data integrity, generate quotes and drive success rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in account management, client relationship management, partner sales operations, sales operations or business development.
• Results‑oriented, high energy, collaborative attitude with ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
