Account Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain

About the role

As an Account Manager at C.H. Robinson, you will act as a trusted logistics advisor for a portfolio of existing customers worldwide. You will strengthen long‑term relationships, identify growth opportunities, and help clients optimize their supply chain performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contacts at multiple levels within customer organizations.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the use of C.H. Robinson’s service portfolio.
• Design solutions that address customers’ supply‑chain challenges and improve efficiency.
• Oversee day‑to‑day commitments and ensure successful execution of agreed‑upon plans.
• Collaborate with account leadership to create pricing strategies and business reviews.
• Manage customer expectations using metrics and regular communication.

Required profile

• High School diploma or GED (minimum).
• At least 2 years of sales or account‑management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• Commitment to a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
