Account Manager - Directed Buy Tier Customers

About the role

The Account Manager for Directed Buy Tier Customers will support Bosch's Power Solutions division in managing tier‑specific sales activities and customer relationships. This position works closely with OEM customer teams to ensure smooth setup, pricing, and delivery of directed‑buy orders.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Sales Business Frame (SBF) for directed‑buy tier business based on tier customer structure.
• Develop tier‑specific price adjustments (GT&C, Logistics) and overall price strategy.
• Prepare tier quotations aligned with OEM award terms and tier‑specific pricing.
• Lead the setup of directed‑buy tier customers on Bosch’s business systems for regular production shipments.
• Resolve accounts receivable issues for payments from directed‑buy customers.
• Transfer business to Bosch aftermarket after series‑production delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree – Engineering or Business preferred.
• At least 1 year of account management experience within the automotive production industry (internship experience acceptable).
• Internship experience in the automotive industry or knowledge of Bosch sales processes is beneficial.
• Strong data‑management and multitasking capabilities.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
