Account Manager - Dental - International

About the role

Clipboard is looking for a motivated Account Manager to grow and retain its dental and healthcare provider marketplace. You will work remotely, building deep relationships with existing users and helping them succeed on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of dental offices and healthcare providers.
• Communicate the app’s value proposition to drive ongoing engagement and expansion.
• Identify providers’ evolving needs, challenges, and opportunities for platform success.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, guidance, and issue resolution.
• Support urgent shift coverage in assigned markets.

Required profile

• Willingness to hustle and take initiative.
• Comfort communicating via text, email, and phone with English‑speaking clients.
• Stable high‑speed internet and a reliable computer workstation.
• Located outside the US, Canada, UK, New Zealand, or Australia.
• Available to work US business hours.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
