Account Executive

About the role

Carda Health is seeking a tenacious Account Executive to grow its patient‑centered virtual heart and lung platform. You will partner with hospitals and insurers to expand cardiac and pulmonary rehab services, working remotely with occasional travel to partner sites.

Key responsibilities

• Expand and grow the Carda Health program within partner organizations.
• Identify and manage opportunities in the partnership pipeline.
• Handle outreach and communications across the top of the sales funnel.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks related to the sales process.
• Report key performance metrics to Carda leadership.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of proven success meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
• Strong desire to exceed targets and a growth‑mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, low‑direction environment.
• Highly collaborative with strong written and oral communication skills, especially in a remote setting.
• Ability to track and report on key metrics that define success.

Required skills

• Experience working remotely.
• Familiarity with hospitals and clinicians.
• Proficiency with GSuite.
• Proficiency with Slack.
