Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for a driven sales professional to join our Inside Sales Team and help small businesses streamline payments, boost revenue, and modernize their customer experience with our SwipeSimple Connect product. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective merchants, understand their needs, and demonstrate how our payment and CRM solution can add value.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and conduct outbound outreach via cold calling, email, social media, and digital ads.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and guide prospects through the sales process from qualification to closing.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and provide market feedback.
• Stay informed on payments industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred (not required).
• 1‑2+ years of sales experience, preferably in SMB software or payment solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using sales tools and platforms.
