Account Executive

About the role

Browserbase is looking for an Account Executive to build and lead its enterprise sales motion. You will define the sales strategy from scratch, work closely with leadership, and act as the face of the company to large-scale customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise sales strategy, including outbound prospecting, pipeline management and closing deals.
• Create scalable sales processes, documentation and playbooks for a growing team.
• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise prospects and customers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to convey customer needs and market opportunities.
• Deliver product demonstrations with the support of a Sales Engineer.
• Negotiate complex contracts and manage the full sales cycle.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform product strategy.
• Track and report sales metrics, forecasts and pipeline to leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably with technical or AI infrastructure products.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in high-growth environments.
• Experience with product-led growth and converting self-service users to enterprise contracts.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and building new business relationships.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to different stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, thriving in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup.
• Willing to work four days a week onsite at the San Francisco headquarters.
