Account Executive – Enterprise Software Sales

About the role
Verint is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive revenue and capture new enterprise business for its AI‑powered cloud platform. You will be at the forefront of expanding Verint’s market presence by selling sophisticated B2B software solutions to strategic customers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting enterprise prospects.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead qualification to closing—while collaborating with presales and marketing teams.
- Engage C‑level and senior decision‑makers to demonstrate the value of Verint’s solutions.
- Generate pipeline through prospecting, outreach tools, and market intelligence.
- Support field marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience selling complex B2B software products.
- Proven record of exceeding multi‑year quotas.
- Strong consultative selling approach with senior technical executives.
- College degree; technical background preferred.
