Account Executive – Emerging Enterprise (Boston)

About the role

We are building a founding team of Emerging Enterprise Account Executives who thrive in high‑growth, technical markets. You will own a portfolio of named accounts, generate outbound pipeline, close initial deals and then nurture and expand those relationships. The role demands full‑cycle sales ownership and a deep technical curiosity to act as a trusted advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, run PoVs and close deals.
• Drive outbound pipeline creation in mid‑enterprise accounts.
• Deliver high‑impact demos and articulate CodeRabbit’s value to technical and business stakeholders.
• Land and expand usage across multiple teams within accounts.
• Develop business value assessments and quantify ROI with customers.
• Become a product expert, mastering the CodeRabbit offering and ecosystem.
• Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to refine playbooks and GTM strategy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle quota‑carrying experience, preferably in a technical SaaS environment.
• Proven success generating outbound pipeline and closing six‑figure deals.
• Experience selling to engineering leaders such as CTOs, VP of Engineering, and DevOps.
• Strong technical curiosity and ability to learn complex products quickly.
• Track record of multi‑threaded deal management and value‑based selling.
• Excellent communication, organization, and ownership mindset.
• Self‑motivated with a strong sense of ownership and eagerness to acquire new skills.
