Account Development Specialist – West Los Angeles

About the role

The Aspect Account Development Specialist leads sales for an assigned portfolio of beverage brands in West Los Angeles, focusing on increasing share and velocity through brand activations and strong account relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share for the assigned portfolio, spending the majority of time in market.
• Develop and execute high‑end consumer activations and events to boost category awareness.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as the expert consultant for supplier accounts.
• Present new products, conduct monthly business reviews, and collaborate with trade development and sales management on new brand launches.
• Gather and report real‑time market insights, and provide training modules to sales teams and customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years in sales or related category expertise.
• In‑depth knowledge of wine styles, regions, and accreditation (WSET Level 2 or equivalent) in process.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient PC operation.

• Base salary range $76,800 – $104,100 per year.
