Account Development Specialist - On Premise Fine Wine

About the role

The Account Development Specialist for On‑Premise Fine Wine will lead sales for an assigned portfolio of premium wine brands. Working primarily within the Las Vegas market, you will drive brand activation, increase market share, and build strong relationships with key on‑premise accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue and market‑share targets for the assigned wine portfolio, spending the majority of time in‑market.
• Develop and execute brand activation plans and high‑end consumer events at key accounts.
• Present new products, conduct monthly business reviews, and provide strategic beverage and marketing recommendations.
• Collaborate with trade development, sales management, and retail teams to accelerate new‑brand launches.
• Gather and report real‑time market insights to inform growth strategies.
• Maintain and grow relationships with account gatekeepers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Current associate or internal candidate familiar with the company’s sales processes.
• Strong understanding of on‑premise beverage sales and brand activation.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable plans.
