About the role

Bloom Ads is seeking an Account Coordinator to support its Account Management team in Woodland Hills. The role ensures smooth campaign execution and delivers exceptional client service, providing a solid foundation in media, marketing, and client relations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day account management and campaign execution.
• Maintain performance tracking reports and media databases.
• Conduct research to support media recommendations and market insights.
• Document and distribute client meeting summaries.
• Create presentations and reports for client meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to drive campaign success.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging opportunities.
• Manage relationships with third‑party vendors, media partners, and creative agencies.
• Follow company health and safety procedures and perform additional duties as needed.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
• College degree in Marketing, Media Strategy, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, highly organized with a positive attitude.
• Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with Advantage software or other media buying tools.
