Acceptance Inspector

About the role

Join Philips as an Acceptance Inspector to help ensure high‑quality, compliant products by inspecting incoming finished goods, documenting non‑conformances, and collaborating with operations to resolve issues and meet performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspections of purchased finished goods received at the warehouse to ensure quality and conformity.
• Execute final release acceptance activities for postponed or late customization within the warehouse.
• Support delivery holds and hold activities to maintain product compliance.
• Assist in supplier capability assessments and quality‑assurance protocols.
• Maintain daily management boards, collect KPI data, and report to management.
• Conduct quality notification processes from creation to closure and manage non‑conformance records.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in a regulated environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Team‑oriented with effective communication across cross‑functional and global teams.
