Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing guests, showcasing the hotel’s unique offerings.
• Maintain and promote the brand’s image across all touchpoints, including events, tours, and social interactions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to attract high‑value clientele.
• Monitor guest feedback and relay insights to management to continuously improve service quality.
