Key responsibilities

• Prepare, deliver, and adapt lesson plans throughout the year.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all students.

Required profile

• Active Ohio teaching license in the appropriate content area.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
• Comfort working in a growth‑focused coaching environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Capability to supervise students in various settings.
• Clear federal and state background checks.
• Experience working in an urban school environment.
