1099 Window Installer

About the role

Join Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, as a 1099 Window Installer. You will install home remodeling products, including residential replacement windows, following company standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City’s standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for each application.
• Communicate with management after each installation to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete a job checklist with the homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential replacement windows, metal bending, window wrapping, and caulking.
• Established LLC or business operating under an EIN.
• General liability and workers' compensation insurance.
• Own cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or a vehicle capable of pulling a trailer.
