Workfront Implementation System Architect (Advertising)

About the role

The System Architect will be the ultimate design authority for enterprise‑scale agency and marketing implementations of Adobe Workfront. You will define and protect the architectural integrity of the Workfront ecosystem, ensuring solutions meet governance standards, large‑scale retail integration strategies and long‑term scalability. The role works closely with engineering, configuration and change control teams to deliver resilient end‑to‑end solutions for a top‑tier retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall solution architecture across platforms and approve agency designs for compliance with enterprise standards.
• Define core architectural structures for Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, in‑house tools and downstream enterprise integrations.
• Facilitate technical design workshops, translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints and resolve high‑impact integration challenges.
• Own foundational impact analysis for system changes, maintain detailed change documentation and partner with change control teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and configuration teams to ensure scalable, resilient implementations aligned with retail integration strategies.

Required profile

• Extensive experience designing and governing enterprise‑scale Workfront implementations.
• Strong background in system architecture, integration strategy and large‑scale retail environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional technical workshops and translate business needs into technical designs.
• Excellent analytical skills for impact analysis and change documentation.
• Ability to work with engineering, configuration and change control teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
