About the role

Pierian Services is looking for a professional and highly organised Virtual Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients. This full‑time remote position supports day‑to‑day operations and helps shape a positive client experience for a company that delivers IT solutions across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and route all incoming calls, enquiries and correspondence promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering courteous customer service.
• Manage executives' calendars, schedule appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and document management.
• Provide basic information about the company’s IT services, including software development, support and systems integration.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clear communication and operational efficiency.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations and other required documents.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Virtual Receptionist, Administrative Assistant or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Quiet home office and reliable high‑speed internet connection.
