Wholesale Order Management Manager

About the role

Beyond Yoga, a premium active lifestyle brand, is looking for a leader to own the wholesale order lifecycle. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage order entry, shipment, invoicing and customer support while collaborating with sales, planning, supply chain, finance and third‑party logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Order Management and Customer Operations teams, defining roles, expectations and career paths.
• Oversee end‑to‑end order execution, resolving exceptions, inventory issues and shipping discrepancies.
• Drive improvements in service level agreements, fill rates, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Manage escalations, returns, credits, deductions and compliance disputes.
• Develop reporting, scorecards and analytics to provide operational visibility and support proactive decision‑making.
• Partner with sales to enhance execution, communication and issue prevention.

Required profile

• Proven experience in order‑to‑cash processes and wholesale operations.
• Strong track record of process improvement and change leadership across cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to define service standards, performance metrics and build reporting frameworks.
• Excellent collaboration skills with finance, supply chain, sales and logistics partners.
