Wholesale Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Wholesale Operations Coordinator provides operational support for key wholesale accounts, acting as the primary liaison between customers, sales, planning, distribution, and transportation teams. This role ensures end‑to‑end order fulfillment, compliance with export/import regulations, and maximizes account profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of sales orders from forecast to delivery, including OTS, EDI, order entry, and booking.
• Maintain the operational relationship with wholesale accounts, delivering product information and inventory availability.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly order status updates to sales, customers, and management.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align supply chain and channel allocation for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Engage with international field teams and regional managers to gather market insights.
• Coordinate pick‑ups with international retail partners and ensure timely delivery, working with global logistics and regulatory teams.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met, troubleshoot issues, and elevate problems as needed.
• Research and resolve claims, returns, and chargebacks in coordination with relevant departments.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in operations management, customer service, or supply chain.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify business opportunities, and work independently across functions.
• Proven ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Microsoft Navision (or other ERP system) experience
