Website Developer

About the role

Aircall is looking for a Website Developer to join its growth‑focused team in New York. You will create and maintain high‑performing, SEO‑friendly web pages using a modern headless CMS and the Next.js/Vercel stack, turning design concepts into pixel‑perfect experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and update website pages with Storyblok CMS and the Next.js/Vercel stack.
• Convert Figma designs and marketing briefs into responsive, SEO‑optimized web experiences.
• Collaborate with designers and content managers to run A/B tests, optimise landing pages, and roll out new content blocks.
• Maintain technical hygiene by fixing broken links, form integrations, performance issues, and UX bugs.
• Own staging environments, perform QA, and publish site changes.
• Partner with Growth, Engineering, and Design teams to improve load speed, accessibility, and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Monitor site performance using Google Analytics, Hotjar and other tools to support marketing insights.

Required profile

• 3+ years of front‑end development or website operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Hands‑on experience with React/Next.js and headless CMS platforms such as Storyblok.
• Familiarity with SEO principles, conversion best practices and basic UX concepts.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple updates in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communicator who can work cross‑functionally and adapt to feedback quickly.
• Willingness to work on‑site two days per week in New York.
