Warehouse Operator – Forklift & Material Handling

About the role

Join Nestlé Health Science to support the movement of materials in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. The Warehouse Operator II safely operates forklifts and material‑handling equipment, ensures accurate shipping and receiving, and helps maintain an organized work area. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and collaborate with a dedicated team.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment safely to move materials within the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks, verifying shipments against bills of lading, packing lists and purchase orders.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and system updates.
• Organize storage areas, label materials correctly and ensure easy accessibility.
• Pick, pack and stage materials for shipment following safety guidelines.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or warehousing.
• Ability to obtain a valid forklift operator certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; basic math skills required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb repeatedly and work in a warehouse environment.
