Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations, from receiving and storage to order fulfillment and distribution. The role will ensure accurate, efficient processing of consumer, ecommerce, marketplace, retail and international orders while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse activities including receiving, put‑away, inventory movement, picking, packing, shipping and distribution.
• Monitor and resolve operational issues, production constraints and fulfillment delays to meet service‑level expectations.
• Develop and maintain inventory management procedures to maximize accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Oversee transportation coordination with domestic and international carriers and ensure compliance with shipping requirements.
• Drive process improvement by creating and updating SOPs, analyzing performance data and implementing new technologies.
• Manage staffing, budgeting, cost control and resource planning to optimize labor productivity and space utilization.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse, distribution or logistics operations.
• At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience in a fulfillment or distribution environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and hold teams accountable to performance standards.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience conducting root‑cause analysis.

Required skills

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Proficiency in shipping software and inventory management platforms.
• Familiarity with EDI processes and retailer routing guides.
