Warehouse Associate

About the role

CS Group, a national beverage manufacturer, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound and outbound shipments, inventory management, and daily warehouse operations in Hazelwood, MO. The role works Monday‑Friday, 7 AM‑3:30 PM, and requires a focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to load and unload trucks, and move product between warehouse racks and locations.
• Log inbound freight from carriers such as UPS, FedEx, CH Robinson, and ULine.
• Perform cycle counts, receive material into inventory, and ensure accurate data entry in electronic records.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in material quantities and maintain proper pallet stability.
• Assist with the annual warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Proven team player with good customer service orientation.
• Minimal computer skills; previous material handling experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Forklift operation, including driving backwards.
• RF scanner usage.
• Experience with SAP.
