About the role
As Vice President of Technology at Proxima, you will provide executive leadership across client engagements, teams, and the firm, blending deep domain expertise with business development and thought leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Lead executive‑level client engagements and high‑value programs for senior and C‑suite stakeholders.
- Shape and influence client strategy, vision, and transformation agendas while ensuring delivery excellence.
- Drive growth, build senior client relationships, and identify new opportunities.
- Develop talent, mentor senior consulting staff, and champion an inclusive, high‑performance culture.
- Act as a Proxima ambassador, contribute to market positioning, and influence firm‑wide initiatives.
Required profile
- 10+ years of global IT procurement experience with spend profiles over $50M annually.
- Proven ability to influence C‑suite and senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial, financial, and strategic acumen with executive gravitas.
- Leadership presence, emotional intelligence, and a growth mindset.
