Vice President – Cash Management Sales for Multinational Corporates

About the role

Santander is seeking a Vice President to lead Cash Management Sales for multinational corporate clients. This front‑office position is responsible for generating new business, growing revenue, and expanding the client base across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve annual sales targets for revenue, deposits, and fee income.
• Prospect and acquire new corporate clients while deepening relationships with existing accounts.
• Develop strategic account plans and deliver tailored cash‑management, payments, liquidity, corporate card, and digital banking solutions.
• Build senior relationships with CFOs, treasurers, and treasury teams, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Lead end‑to‑end transaction execution, from origination through implementation.
• Collaborate with coverage, product, risk, legal, compliance, and operations teams across Santander’s global network.
• Monitor market trends, payments innovation, and regulatory changes to inform product development.

Required profile

• Proven track record in corporate cash‑management or treasury sales.
• Strong hunter mentality with ability to build and manage a disciplined sales pipeline.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with senior finance executives.
• Ability to structure complex, cross‑border liquidity solutions.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of cash‑management products, payments, liquidity, corporate cards, and digital banking platforms.
